Your risk at + and - 50%...
I will debunk any issues with any strategies on an open forum like this, to make it clear to anybody with low experience that ideas are plentiful, but it's risk that matters....
Just because it's your journal, doesn't mean I can't lecture you... I do it more for the sake of others at this point in time, since you don't want to realize the issues.
And remember, I am actually quite sure you can achieve what you claim, as I've said earlier... it's the risk involved that doesn't want to sink in....
What do you mean by "+/- 50% risk"? Can you elaborate on this?

Ah, I figured it out, you mean the risk at -50% (ie. if the underlying falls 50%) and the risk if the underlying rises 50%.
As alread said: how much is the probability for such an event for the next 7 days?... When did it happen last?
Of course with a riskless strategy obviously there can't be any high reward...

One thing I don't quite get it, is why you need a partner for 11K. You seem quite confident in your strategy and it seems your plan is doing well (on demo), if everything works the same or close to the demo, you would keep all the profit to yourself without a partner. So in a sense you are not completely sure about your plan/system?

It indeed was much work, much maths, much simulations, coding, studying, researching, analysing, testing...And I find it good because there is someone to share the necessary work with, discuss the ideas, ie. one controls each other in a positive meaning to eliminate emotions when trading, both have set some high goals into this joint project, both have to work hard to get there... We are not that greedy
Just look: every big project needs teamwork to succeed, ie. specialists. Such a project is IMO too much for just one person. If we succeed we will even hire some more people!...
There is enough to make in the markets for all members of our small team...
We have some socialist ideals, ie. robin-hood like
Be clever, take it legally from the riches, and create jobs for the poor, for the benefit of all in the society... This can't be wrong...We know what it means to be poor, to be underdogs, but we woke up and want change our situation dramatically by using our brain power...
That at least is our vision...

If the partner is involved in building the trading plan/strategy/system like you mentioned above, then it would make complete sense. Reading your other posting, I thought he/she only contributed capital/fund, then it is another issue, because 11K is such a small amount if you have a grand plan.
I did most of the coding stuff and have been present in such public discussion forums. My friend has a fulltime day job and is just hobby trader, I've only a part-time job, For a long time now I'm investing all my free time to this project, since some months I've won my friend for the project and with his input things accellerated since then.
About 3/4 of the funds is from him. Yes, we're not wealthy people, and finding financial support for our project has not been easy... It works only if done privately, otherwise one has to have a firm, have a business plan etc. for applying for funds, ie. very unrealistic that a bank or the state would fund us...
There was also an investor in HK, but he wants this applied to currency trading, but I'm not specialised on that...
