$2400 is nothing compared to your real risk... did you do a stress test yet? You can do that with Risk Navigator in the IB platform. How does your up/down 50% loss scenario look like if I may ask?
Don't kid yourself in thinking you're being a market maker. Your just selling multiple 30%+ out-of-the-money strangles. No market maker would do that in their ongoing trading business.
