So I'm gathering your a momentum trader, if momentum is up, look for a sensible place to join, if momentum changes on you then odds are it will keep going against so kill the trade.

Thats perfect, been trying to get to accepting and being able to use that mindset for years, once you cut out all the BS its literally all thats left.

Hey Turveyd.... yes.... sometimes when my major signals are very strong(witch today they are not) I will not close it and let it play out...but days like today....

Getting stopped out is not a problem for me.... if this thing turns around and gives me a strong signal I will be the first to be in it :)
I am going to go sleep for 3-4 hours..but today we have no US market so it will be a funny day.....

Many wallStreet legends have come to ET and have contributed with some good threads e.g. real time journals etc.
When you have a chance, it'll be a good idea to read some of them.

By the way, I enjoyed following your journal today :)

Thank you for your kind words victorycountry. We will have a lot better days I give you my word, today was slow and still is , it will get really busy here ;)
