I used to trade GE and Tampa Electric, so I'd always look to the ten year. I was trading the girl's money, so I stuck to mostly safe stocks, and would do long option plays on SPY for leverage.

Smart.... me always swing.... some day trading(at the props) but mostly swing...

Gold not doing particularly well here. There's been lots of bullishness I see as the price has run up. Wondering if it's going to get corrected.

Golds trend is up, but at the moment it looks undecided....

Will start winding down my open positions as we get closer to the weekend....
If I get a decent profit I close....it does not mean they will not go to full profit but if
I have decent profit I go in preserve mode as the week ticks down...

Yes, just a little loss of momentum is all you can really say. And the flag from yesterday didn't really work, so there may, be some disappointment there.
