my first trade

My first trade on options is

buying the June 05 call on QQQQ at 36.

I buy at 0.95 now it is 1.25. I hold it for 3 days.

Is this a good one in the options world?
 
Is it good? Well, there are lot's of things to consider, but it looks like the right one to buy. Where was the stock when you bought it? Do you know the implied vol? My hunch is that this is probably what I would look at first. I'm bullish for the next couple of months, so I don't see much downside with this option. I don't think we'll retest lows in the NDX.

Good one , however thats not a prediction.:cool:

A word to the wise, dont use the word over bought much, especially in a bull market and QQQQ could smack$40 again, but closed my long spy near the money calls today & glad i did:cool:

As much as i like profits running !!!, yours is almost front month now;
when she drops ,may take away profits fast.

No i wouldnt hold that profitable one for 2 or 3 days now ;
even though my holding time averages more than 3 days.
