Yep, good to keep it active while being careful about working through pain and risking further injury.It's getting better but it's really slow. If I sit at my desk too long, it will start bothering me so I will move to the sofa or recliner to prop it up straight.
I did a brief upper body + calves weight training workout earlier this week just to keep things flowing if you know what I mean. I'll probably do the same thing this afternoon.
