THE investors intelligence bull bear indicator without fail ure always correctly predicts market tops when the bulls are over 60% and market bottoms.Even tho the market has been selling off the indicator is moving up towards 60% bull threshold...
 
Looks neutral right now. Similar to march climbing back up. Can take a while to climb all the way back to 60%.

No guarantee it won't continue to pull back to the bear extremes either.

where is this indicator located?i.e....RSI,MACD etc.?
