My Credit Spreads Max Loss???

Hello, I am curious to learn how to determine the maximum loss for my vertical credit spread.

This is my trade

Wrote 10 May 435 puts at $0.54 $540
Buy 10 May 425 puts at $.16 ($160)

I know my maximum gain is 380 ( less commissions )

But what would be the Max loss?
