These news broke on the 14th. You only heard of it today because of a press conference
 
Doesn't matter that it happened on the 14th. It is on tomorrow's front page of both the Wall St Journal and the NY Times.
True or not, the story will cause a lot of people to think that the government has the ability to crack bitcoin codes.
