I have just had my PC upgraded and now my browsers (Explorer and Firefox) are both being bumped offline.
The message is "the connection was reset"
The outage lasts a minute or two.
Esignal is steady and uneffected.
I have PC-cillin and am wondering if it could be the cause.
Offers of advice gratefully received.
