Monitor, Analyse, Decide, Act via logging every bar within my trading fractal.
It creates an continuous context of ‘knowing that I know.’ This informs being in the market and being on the right side of the market.
When feeling CW emotions of fear, anxiety, doubt or greed, then I know that ‘I do not know’ and the appropriate action is to sideline.
when I need a win...I know how to win...I like to gamble...I never gamble when I need a win. Won every month, almost every week, since I've depended on the cash, going on 20 months now. Now I win here and play cards on the weekend at Mohegan Sun. Turned out to be as easy as that thought process shift. Embarrassed it took over 2 years to figured a way around this. live and learn I guess.
