A option broker had made me account balance wrong ,i call the broker about it , the broker revise my account for two times ,unluckly there is still a mistake,i call it too ,no answer for one week,maybe it is my fault,or it's fault ,but the broker say nothing ,just keep silent,how can i do?

I got ripped by a futures brokerage that "stopped me out" with an order that was impossible to get filled (time and sales had showed that the price they used was never touched that day), and all they told me was, "You got stopped out,"--"You got stopped out."
This was UNTIL I said I was going to call the NFA (National Futures Association). They were tripping over each other to get me my money back as fast as they could!
I am not sure whose name you would drop to "threaten" them, but it is probably the NASD. Tell them you need some action soon or you will call the NASD (and the SEC and FINRA).

Balances cannot be wrong on their own without an underlying transaction being wrong.
Your daily and monthly statements show how the balances are derived from the transactions on the account.
You need to go through the daily and monthly statements and find a *transaction* that is wrong and ask that it be corrected.
Just saying the balance is wrong is too vague for them or anyone else to figure out where the problem lies.

You should keep records or screenshots of transactions and of any email conversations between you and the broker to show proof of the mistakes.
i write down my story here ,careful correction is to be expected.
i have opened an account via internet .
i buy to close all option and make my account into cash account on 2013/10/10 ,when i go to sleep on 2013/10/10 (it is night in china),i have checked my account carefully,the net value is 44000 or so, all of them is cash .something uncommon happened in 2013/10/11 .
the net value changed into 17,999.19 , i call my broker which type of problem is .the broker made a adjustment from 17,999.19 into $42,919.45.
the facts is admitted by the broker's representative.please see the scrren-shot £ºmoved_mistakenly.jpg.
i think that there is still a mistake in my account balance.

from 2013/07/11 till 2013/10/10,there is no transfer money out of my account.
so from 2013/07/11 till 2013/10/10, the eqution is right according to Cash flow accounting method:
deposit into etrade + gain or lose =net cash value on 2013/10/10
there are so many transactions in my account such as below:
add the amount column , result is 44006.55
,not 42,919.45 .

In my opnion on October 11th the balance should be moved to 44006.55 , not 42,919.45.

it is appropriate to delete some redundant rows in the my_transaction_history.xls to get the calculate.xls.
you can check it carefully .

moved_mistakenly.jpg show the moving of Anderson Agudelo on my account balance.
