Mvg Avg analysis software w/alerts?

Am really interested in finding a program or web-based provider of a real-time stock screen/scanner.

In particular, I am looking for a scan of customized moving averages (not your typical 20-, 50- or 200-day garden variety), looking for crossovers and divergence measurements, with pop-up alerts when certain stock price and divergence criteria are met.

These are just lineal representations of mathematical calculations, so SURELY there's some software SOMEWHERE that can scan real-time data and have pop-up alerts ..... any suggested vendors or websites would be appreciated.
