From my observation it is a bit of an overstatement to say the "entire media complex". I think most of us would recognize that some news sources have proved, over time, to be more reliable than others. For example the NYT and WP have proved to be quite reliable over the years, though it certainly isn't impossible to point to errors they have made. Also it seems the reporting on NPR is quite accurate, thorough and professional. On the internet, I would point to Propublica as being outstanding in the thoroughness and depth of their reports.

The FBI has said they are not involved in investigating the Rich murder and accept the finding of the Police department. Any insinuation that the FBI is involved is apparently fake news. It seems much of the disinformation has its genesis in that political operator, Butowsky. There can be no more unreliable source of information than the Alex Jones site, infowars. Jones is a clown, an entertaining one, but a clown nevertheless. Unfortunately, some people are extremely gullible and believe what he says is the truth.

The original crime report said the guns were stolen from the fbi vehicle after 6 am.
Rich was murdered at 4:30 am.
In order for the police to concoct a theory that criminals stole guns from fbi vehicle and then went on robbery spree and killed seth rich, the time of the gun theft had to be changed. This is where the fbi came in. They changed the original report of the gun theft from 6 am to 2:30 am so it could then line up with police theory.

So see? The fbi didn't investigate the seth rich murder. They changed the evidence of another crime so the police investigation of the rich murder would all come together just the way the dnc and wasserman shultz's brother wanted it to. See?

If you want a news source that has been unimpeachable, that would be wikileaks, not the nyslimes or wacompost.

For instance, the nyslimes reported that all 17 intel agencies backed up the claim that russia hacked the dnc computers.
This was about as huge a lie as it can get. It stoked the entire investigation into Trump russia.
And it was a lie.

wikileaks has been good. Their best stuff is picked up by the NYT and WP. The latter organizations do a good job of covering Wiki and a lot more.
