Multiple USB Monitors, without extra video cards

I just bought one for about $65 (wholesale price) and it worked out well. Used it with my laptop while traveling on vacation (whats a vacation without a few trades right??)

Its a no name brand and has about a $120ish retail price to put it into context. It would not do widescreen resolution so I hooked it up to a 17inch standard dell and worked fine.
