Multiple NinjaTrader Vendors Busted by CFTC

I am surprised no one is talking about this on this forum. There is a lot of chatter on other forums, so I thought it was a good idea to bring here for a heads up.

Ninjatrader listed all these vendors on their website and promoted them as preferred partners to all their users, shouldn't ninjatrader also be held responsible?

CFTC Charges, Open Range Trading LLC, with Commodity Trading Advisor Fraud - CFTC case: http://www.cftc.gov/PressRoom/PressReleases/pr7465-16

CFTC Charges Schooloftrade.Com, with Fraudulently Marketing Commodity Futures Trading Strategies and Systems - CFTC case: http://www.cftc.gov/PressRoom/PressReleases/pr7464-16

CFTC Orders Advanced Trading Workshop "ATW", Inc. of Jamesville, New York, to Pay a Total of $940,000 in Disgorgement and a Civil Monetary Penalty for Solicitation Fraud and Failure to Register - CFTC case: http://www.cftc.gov/PressRoom/PressReleases/pr7453-16

TradeMasters USA, LLC with Fraud and Failing to Register with the CFTC - CFTC case: http://www.cftc.gov/PressRoom/PressReleases/pr7429-16

CFTC Orders "Shadow Traders" to Pay a $140,000 Penalty for False Statements to the CFTC and for Not Disclosing that Profitable Trading Results Were Based on Hypothetical Trading - CFTC case: http://www.cftc.gov/PressRoom/PressReleases/pr7253-15

I guess the CFTC is just going down the ninjatrader ecosystem partners list.

Thank you CFTC!

I think ninjatrade probably is protected by there disclaimer and terms of service

Obviously CFTC does not care about disclaimers. All of these frauds had the similar disclaimers. It looks like all the same disclaimer all over. I bet ninjatrader gave it to them to put on their websites. Since ninjatrader was the main company promoting all these frauds to their customers.

Here is another ninjatrader partner busted by CFTC for fraud I found on another forum:

CFTC Charges Emini Trading School, with Fraud and Other Violations Involving a Futures Trading System and Advisory Service
CFTC case: http://www.cftc.gov/PressRoom/PressReleases/pr7268-15

I am going to keep this list up to date. I think this is the worst and all traders should be warned, we all started out as new traders. I would have appreciated this kind of info.

Something better needs to be done to remove the BS "educational service" guise that all of these scams operate under.

"Shadow Traders"...imagine my surprise, looking for 2 pip scalps on the Euro Dollar futures based off of micro trendlines. Gee, what could possibly go wrong with that brilliant strategy? 140K is probably peanuts to what they've made over the years.

Why does CFTC require disclaimers if they don't care about disclaimers

It's about time. All of these vendors have been making false claims of huge returns for so many years. But no one can escape Karma.

A wave of honesty is washing off some firms that made a lot of lies so as to gain customers.
It is good to see that the CFTC is doing its job.

They need to bust more of them. I would bet 99%+ are lying crooks.

The most straightforward and honest individuals from my experience are mostly independent lonewolves traders.Stay away from that 24-hrs support,VIP bullshit packages, ect - 100% universally recognized crooks.
