That IOGear solution looks good. That device gets 4 stars on Amazon and NewEgg right now and they run about $75.
It says that you can run up to 6 monitors at a time using these. Of course you would have to buy 6 of them for $75 each to run that many monitors. It also says not to put them on a USB hub so you would need 6 onboard USB ports to run them. If you needed to, you could just add a couple of 4-port USB cards to your motherboard and you could easily hook up the 6 monitors.
