two on the trading desk and two at the toilet

one can can have 400 monitors, but still just two eyes....
Assuming the left eye is on the left monitor and the right eye is on the right monitor...
Because, according to your logic, if both eyes are looking at the same monitor, then only one is sufficient...;)

Do you experience any neck pain with monitors stacked horizontally on one another? They say your monitor's top edge should be at the same level as your eyes - any comments?

FOR SURE. Moving side-to-side is a lot easier than tilting up and down. This will save the back of your head from some *nasty* aches.

I have four 32" monitors all vertical.

For all who use multiple monitors, what do you use the multiples for?

Until today, I've only used a single monitor. Today i set up a extra computer and monitor next to my primary. I run Ameritrade TOS on the primary, plus i have tabs open for 6 charts on Finviz. The extra monitor, i plan to test Sierra Charts with 30 second charts. I trade stocks and ETFs on 1 minute chart. Just wondering what you guys prefer on your extra monitors. Maybe multiple time frames of the same instrument?

good question.
I day trade about 15 to 20 futures at any one time.
The monitors display those charts and its ladders.

definitely for those who trade one or two futures, they don't need so many monitors.
sames goes for swing traders.

Are you sure that it will not broke your eyes in the longrun ? Why do you need that many monitors, are they all 1080p or so ? I get one 24" and it's really bad here totally. So I couldn't even think of something like that cause it will damage my eyes completely.
