Multicharts User Thread

Hello everybody,

I just downloaded Multichart 8.0 64 bit for the 30 day trial.

I have a problem in connecting the “ Tradestation 2000i Global server” with Multichart QuoteManager.

Actually, QuoteManager can see GS and send the massage “connection is OK”, but when I’m trying to load some symbols, I get a waiting message and then a “timeout message” (see jpeg)

I’ve done everything as explained in the help video (in MC site) , with one exception: GS is already running and collecting real time quotes when I open QuoteManager

GS is the 822 version and of course I have several items within the “index” category running in it.

Does anybody have any hint?

Thanks in advance.

Thanks Jack, they were useful indeed.

Very good support (and I'm not a customer yet) and problem solved. :)

Hello everyone. I've found the good broker to trade with:
Execution of orders 1-2 seconds
All transactions are displayed on the interbank market through a market maker
The minimum deposit is $ 10
Working through the VM, LR
Accentforex give MT4 program manager (the program allows you to see all your traders at the site with contact information and calculate their fees).
Bonus +25%, which can be cashed.
This conditions are with the accentforex so I'll decided to try.
Happy trading.

Hi All,
Just bot MC.net today. FWIW, the 1/3 off ($997) price for MC.net ends today. Had to rely mostly on user recommendations and chats/calls to MC rather than much testing since I wanted to get in under the wire b/f the price increase. Looking to make an eventual switch from NinjaTrader to MC.net.

If anyone has any compliments or complaints abt the .net version I'd be interested in what you have to say.

I like both NJ and MC, but what stops me from using MC is the continued lack of a native T&S window.

I have put up a couple of free indicators for Multicharts on my EasyLanguage Programmer website. It's small, but growing and maybe useful to some of you.
If you follow FuturesTrader71 you might like the Swing High Swing Low labeling tool.
