I did not realize I should visit him in Russia, and drink something together to get normal treatment.Quote from ProfLogic:
MultiCharts...I've met the owner and broken bread with him. I guess it all comes down with how you approach those you are dealing with on the phone.
You mean I can easily transfer the license I got against my will to anybody in any time?Their program is completely transferable.
After 15-Apr-2008 it gonna be $1500, and now it's $1000. I can gladly transfer it to anybody who wants it in any moment, BEFORE OR AFTER 15-Apr-2008 to return the money taken from me against my will, and forget this unpleasant experience.
I see, and I really glad for you, seriously! Unfortunately, I was not so lucky.between myself and my 300+ trading group, that is the exceptional situation not the rule. [/B]
Should I contribute my loss $1000 just because of your positive experience, even if I never ever gonna use this product ever?
I realize that you invest a lot of time into the product already, and it's very costly to change something, even if the support was not nice.
Maybe you even feel obliged to write all that for them, or even asked to.
Not me. I'm not from competing company or something like this. I'm just freken' customer, on my own. I don't have 300+ ppl working for me. I'm earning my money hard, and I'm alone.
I have my loss and was not able the cancel the pending transaction in the very day of purchase.
The vendor does not care. He got my money. If he does not see me among the customers, I'm an enemy for him.
He is hiding behind unability to prevent non-authorized use of this software,
But this is just a lie. He can scratch license on their auth. server where software reports each 30 days.
Sorry, but I can talk out of my own personal experience only. But I glad for you. Again, I was not so lucky at all.
The vendor does not care if I use his software or not at all, as far as I don't want it. He just needs my money, even if I never ever gonna use it, THIS IS FOR SURE. I feel TERRIBLE.
