MultiCharts Problem, with TransAct Data Feed

I'm having a recent problem with multicharts and my TransAct Data Feed.

For some reason it is not building tick or volume charts. It used to, up until the other day, but for some reason it won't display any tick charts.

Has anyone experienced this?

Thanks, I had support fix it, I'm not sure what he did.

Now I can't get any data beyond yesterday for some reason?

It's weird, I know there is only so much data that will be pulled from TA's server, but before I could get about a month of data to get cached.

Now for some reason the data isn't coming?
