Multicharts, Owndata and Metaserver

I'm evaluating Multicharts. I'm an Ameritrade customer, so i use in Quotetracker and Thinkorswim my broker real time datafeed. By DDE i can connect Tos to Metaserver. But I can't connect Quotemanager to metaserver. There's a template (Universal DDE) but it don't work. Also the template for Metatrader is wrong (MT4, not MT). Also the forum support is very very poor. Any suggestions?
