It is against the licensing agreement to transfer the licensing information to or obtain licensing information from another user. When a user purchases a license, he/she does not buy the product, but obtains the right to use the product. This right is non-transferable. Here is an excerpt from the agreement, which has to be agreed to prior to installing the software:
"Software is the intellectual property of and is owned by Company. It is protected by intellectual property laws and international intellectual property treaties. Software is licensed to User, not sold.

In Europe, regardless of what the software manufacturer or licensor says in their terms, reselling a software license is legal.

I am not a commercial entity distributing a product. I am a private person selling one license that I bought a long time ago. If you want to use this product for yourself, you can buy it for less than the current price. If you want to do business, it is better for you to contact MС to discuss cooperation.

also whats to keep him from selling it to many people? that software logins and tracks where you at - if there are multiple of the same program running they all get shut down.

i can see your trying to help this guy but you dont know anything about this software obviously.

So that the license can be used by the person who buys it. I, as the person who purchased the license, will unlink my email and link the buyer’s email. This is done like this: I would need to send MS support a request to change the email from the email specified during the purchase.
After this, the new user, if he wants, can reset the old password from his email. Therefore, the program will only work for him.
If you don’t know this, then you should have asked first, and not spam here.
