Mueller Seeks White House Documents Related to Trump’s Actions as President

Well of course, there are two types of "up and up." The focus and the entertainment value for the lefties to date has been on getting stuff on trump associates and reveling in the leaking of their converstations and whether the trump assoicates were doing things on the up and up. However, we are moving into a phase where there is going to be more looking into whether what the obama camp, the obama fbi, the obama justice department and the obama intelligence agencies were doing things that were on the "up and up." That part might not be as much fun for the lefties.
I hear all this buzz today about facebook releasing all the ads the russians purchased during the election. Yet another area where Obama knew that the russians were interfering but was okay with it because he thought Hillary would still win. As I have said many times before, nobody except a full fledged kool aid drinking lefty thinks the russian diplomats would have been expelled if Hillary had won. If anyone here believes that, please speak up so that you can be identified as a loon. Known loons do not need to speak up. We know who you are.
I'll believe that when I see it. So far, there has been nothing. When has a republican congressional investigation ever produced anything?
Well, both of those can be true. There can be "more looking into" and no action on the part of congress- where "looking into" refers/includes the press.
I do believe that as we go forward there will be more revelations of questionable activity by the obamadroids, the intelligence agencies, and all the corrupt players- rice, lynch, comey, etc. We are seeing more of that already. But that can just result in another twenty indictable offenses that nothing is done about and where the the congressional committee does not appoint a special investigator.
As an aside, mueller is doing a shock and awe on mannaforte trying to get him to cave and plead. However, based on recent developments, his attorneys may go down the road of arguing that the feds were tapping him without a valid warrant and none of their evidence is admissable. Mueller may scare him into caving but he better succeed. Otherwise mannafort gets to subpeona a whole bunch of stuff that the intelligence agencies do not want to release. It would no be the first case where the government chickened out for that reason. Flynn, I think they will get him on a simple failure to register as an agent and call it a day.
Regardless of what a committee does or does not do, I do believe that along the way the public is going to end out seeing that the obama crew was witchhunting trump and his team for political reasons. That was my point to piezo. The lefties are having and have had their little fun but the dems and obama are not going to get through this untarnished.

The law may be bad or good, but if you follow it you'll generally be fine. If you don't follow it, and you call attention to yourself, you will probably not be fine. The FBI generally follows the law, be it good or bad. Did Manafort and Trump follow the law? I don't know, do you? But if I were a betting, which I'm not, I'd put my money on Mueller.
Not me. Not yet. I am betting that the law was not followed in tapping Mannafort. I think they got a fisa warrant to tap into his foreign contact but then pursued an investigation against him based on the information coming in from the fisa warrant. However, he is an american citizen. So once he becomes a target rather than just a collateral information picked up while listening to the foreign person, then they need/needed to get a regular basic Article 3 Court warrant. Did they do that??? Don't forget. He gets to lawyer up and have a defense too. This isnt all about Mueller getting a license to shoot fish in a barrel. And as I mentioned, mannafort gets to subpoena a while bunch of stuff that the government is not interested in having released.
Ditto for all the unmasking activity. I am not even remotely ready to give the government the benefit of the doubt there when it comes to following the rules. Not even close.
I don't trust any of the scumbags involved. Susan Rice, Samantha Powers, Comey, Loretta, Clapper. Those people are all proven liars and political hacks working a political agenda. And mueller is biased and conflicted right out of the gate based on his relationship with comey. I give him no benefit of doubt either. Zero.
In regard to your statement that "you will be fine if you follow the law," did Hillary make out fine because the law was followed or because it was not followed??

I mean, I wouldn't know the law. I am not a lawyer. But I would think lawyers would know the law. Are you suggesting they broke the law intentionally? Or alternatively, that they are just incompetent?
