People start businesses for money. Last I checked all universities are businesses. The desperation factor is speculation.

How does your statement about banks, prospective employees, vulnerabilities apply to the current situation?

"Trust me" could be a red flag. Currently, aren't we being asked to trust Mooler-Rosenstein have a basis for their suit?

Trade the word British for Russian and you might have a description of the British satirist, exGOPer, whose name appears to be a sniggering dumb-American joke to himself, as he goes full Oliver, pretending to be some kind of ex-US voter, and still elligable.

But so far Poindexter has denied being Russian, poking holes in your theory, while you and exGOPer continue to appear to be anything but US voters.

Many people believe that higher education is a de facto scam. Trump University, Donald Trump’s real-estate institution, was a de jure one.

First thing first, Trump University was never a university. When the “school” was established in 2005, the New York State Education Department warned that it was in violation of state law for operating without a NYSED license. Trump ignored the warnings. (The institution is now called, ahem, “Trump Entrepreneur Initiative.”) Cue lawsuits.
