Israel in fact had a lot of land - the entire Sinai. And Israel had a lot of building projects (aka settlements) there as well. And Israel gave it all up, the land, the projects for a piece of paper signed by Anwar Sadat. So please don't tell me that Israel does not want peace or that settlements are an obstacle to peace. Settlements did not exist before 1967 and Arabs rejected peace, settlements disappeared in Gaza and it did not lead to peace, in fact it made the situation worse, Israel withdrew from Lebanon and it did not lead to peace, it made the situation worse as well.
But when Egypt got serious about peace, neither occupation, nor settlements were a real obstacle. Think about it.

The fact is, most Arabs are just like sameeh. They are full of hate and keep propagating that hate under their Islamic tenants. Israel has given back land and it doesn't result in peace so why bother. As long as the Arabs and Persians hang on to their hate and Islamic tenants there will be no peace. I don't see them changing but I do see a day when they will ask to be annihilated.
