Actually both I do not use it, but I am voting for MT5 because its similar to MT4 as now I used it for trading daily, in my broker only offer MT4 and MT5 besides web trader and mobile platform, but now they also developing TickTrader for ECN account, trade multiple assets in one platform.

There's nothing better for running EA's than MT5
Well, in a narrow sense that's true, EA is a proprietary term that MT users call their algorithmic development, therefore you can't really run EA on any platform apart from MT.
Nontheless, in a wider sense the statement is far more than doubtful. ctrader offers a great set of instruments and opportunities to create, backtest and run trading robots. C# or C++ is a matter of taste, but there are other benefits that ctrader offers. I.e userfriendly copy-trading solution to complement a successful cbot.
