MT4 plugin question

On every successful trade I draw chart on Photoshop with entry and exit points. With entry and exit dates. With income and pips volume.

I want check later how did I successfully traded few months before. And have some history how I work and get better.

But it takes me lot of time to draw lines on this print screened chart, add entry and exit points, write all data on that page. It takes me lot of time.

So the question is, is there any plugin or add-on or other stuff for MT4 which could show me similar data after I choose which trade I want to see? I want automated thing. Just click on some on my trades from history and it could compile me:

Chart
Entry exit points
Profit
Pips number
And more data if available.

Are there any chances to find that on internet? Anyone knows it?
 
I think there is an option to get screen print of any operation/trade in MQL4. Thru a program (EA) you can make it do these steps and and or write any values you want to track in a file.
 
Good stuff, but it does not make chart of some pair.

I think I will find programmer to do it for me. It would be fastest way.
