Talk about incompetence of galactic proportions.

MSFT shareholders should sell their shares and short the hell of Mr. Softy.
 
They ain't gettin' Yahoo anyway. The market cap. will come back as Yahoo's stock goes into the shitter. It was a domb move on Ballmer's part and Gates shoould get rid of him. He's nuts.
 
smaller acquisitions are the way to go. microsoft should partner to expand their advertising business. linkedin would be a much better and cheaper acquisition that could add value to office, one of their bread and butter product lines.
