Ok. Yep, this is what I was looking for. Looks good. Hoping its true and real.
This is where the fear is:

I wish there was a serious statement from Mr. T on the time frame for that phasing out. I agree that everything is trivial to state, but not so easy to actually do. But a time frame would hold him accountable, and if he means it, which I believe he does, he should be willing to have his feet put on the coals.
