Most of the switchover to the new contract happened on Thur 9/12 and Fri 9/13. You can clearly see the decrease in volume on the old and the dramatic increase in volume on the new. BTW, if I'm not mistaken there was a discussion of this on the Futures forum which is the more appropriate place rather than Mr Sub's journal.Originally posted by lojze
The "old" symbols ES02U and NQ02U are no longer tradable, but when did the new one's (ES02Z and NQ02Z) start?
Agree, nice discipline. Besides, if I go to the Journals index and see a post by you in the morning I pretty much know you've had a profitable day.Originally posted by Mr Subliminal
Stopped well short of my daily profit target as I kept churning without lifting my P&L.

I don't seem to like Fed days. There were a couple of times I actually got up to quit, but found myself back churning in the pre-Fed chop. This is a record number of round turns for me, and I traded like a possessed imbecile. As gloomy as the picture is, I feel I'm nearly there as far as controlling my warped behavior.

(Mark my words, one day I'll post after 4:00pm and surprise you lot)
I need to check in the morning and see you win (as you do most days), that's inspiration for me!
