Similar to yesterday. Rather than lengthening the trading day (more trades), I prefer increasing my position size to 2 contracts for Monday. And because this is what I want to do, I have a feeling it may not be the correct decision.

My approach is somewhat different than yours, but I also share your tendency to do well for a few days, and then blow up over-trading. Seeing you bite the bullet helps me to do the same.

Glad to see you had another winning day Mr. Sub! Increased my contract size to 2 and am still waiting for the breakout in my trading. Today's early sluggishness prevented any increase in my profit target and I wished no part of the 10 o'clock numbers.

All that was needed to break the sweet monotony of my standard +2.25 pts / 3 RT day was a losing trade, and after 22 consecutive winning ones it was long overdue. I also managed to extend the 0.75 point profit target a couple of times.

I found conditions difficult this morning, calling it a day when my conviction level dipped below the market's. Once again, some minor discipline breaches (overtrading, fading) reared their ugly heads and I'll devote a major portion of this afternoon examining ways of controlling them (Madame C).
