Strong's 1984: To shine

In the verse we have "boast" or "glory in", perhaps this can be better with the translation "shine in". In the idea that what our hearts hold precious is to be in the "presence of God", our hearts to dwell in God's heart in His Love.

Jesus gave the analogy to the Kingdom of Heaven, of the rich man who on finding the priceless treasure sold all he had to possess this priceless treasure -for where your heart is there to is your treasure.

Suppose I live a morally sound life too. I do good when I can and never do bad. Yet I cannot believe there is any such thing as an immortal deity.

From Noram V Peale on the question of why some prayers are answered and some not he quoted a gentleman who said "the trouble with most most peopel's prayers are they don't have enough Umpf!"

(i looked for the page refernce but it may be in a book of his I have given away).

Though "emotional umpf" may be as close as I can think of in English, in is something like "energy umpf"

If you are a follower of Jesus, and you know of someone with an illness, perhaps someone you don't know very well - give ferverent intense prayer for that person's healing. Jesus healed and said we who believe in Him and follow His Way will do what He has done. Give it a try. Nothing is impossible to God.

You bring up many points. It perhaps swings a bit off-topic here, where I am only posting some videos.

But you may be serious about your concerns and not just doing argumentative posting without merit. I will assume the best and post in a new thread for your reply - should you choose to.
