boast
יִתְהַלֵּ֤ל (yiṯ·hal·lêl)
Verb - Hitpael - Imperfect - third person masculine singular
Strong's 1984: To shine
In the verse we have "boast" or "glory in", perhaps this can be better with the translation "shine in". In the idea that what our hearts hold precious is to be in the "presence of God", our hearts to dwell in God's heart in His Love.
Jesus gave the analogy to the Kingdom of Heaven, of the rich man who on finding the priceless treasure sold all he had to possess this priceless treasure -for where your heart is there to is your treasure.

Ellicott's Commentary for English Readers
(23) Let not the wise man glory in his wisdom....
Now there comes the conclusion of the whole matter--that the one way of salvation is to renounce all reliance on the wisdom, greatness, wealth of the world, and to glory only in knowing Jehovah.
