How Should ET Move Foward from here?

You stated you had a byline in your name, but you don't. Now you ghostwrite for John Mack.

I vote to ban Marketsurfer and his aliases permanently. I think that is a very "constructive" idea.
 
Baron, another suggestion is to allow members to 'ban' an individual. This should not be limited to moderators who should for the most part be invisible. If anyone receives X number of complaints with Y number of days from Z members he or she is banned for 90 days. Simple. Moderators can override the 'vote off the island' band if they believe it is not consistent with ET goals.

If someone is banned 3 times the ban is permanent.

Why should members contribute posts to build an informative thread to have it hijacked by this idiot.
