Moving Ave Filter

Was wondering if anyone knew of any stock scanners/filters that searches for stocks where price is a certain distance from the moving ave. For instance, I want a list of stocks where price is currently trading 15c or less away from the 5 EMA on a 5 min candlestick chart.
 
Not a good idea to have MA as a filter on your display.It could form a bias with negative consequences in your mind and crash your dreams.
