Movement of RYJUX on 12/6/07

RYJUX was down 2.54% even though the 30 year treasury rate went up from 4.39 to 4.48%. RYJUX is supposed to go up when the 30 year rate goes up. No capital distribution appears to have occurred.

Does anyone have an explanation?
