I understand why they settled. Bad publicity,etc and probably a lot of their traffic is from illegals and criminals. But I see no legal issue here. They didn't deny them accommodations. They notified law enforcement. Big difference.

The goal of the left is to intimidate law abiding, ie mainly white, people into keeping their eyes down and their mouths shut when they see suspicious activity by minorities. The NYT has had a series of pieces dedicated to this in which they slander concerned white women as "Becky's".

That’s not what happend here. Motel6 informed on people just because they were Hispanics. Not because motel6 had any reasonable suspicion.

It was racial profiling.

AAAIntheBeltway is cool with this because he’s a racist.

By his logic, you, GWB and all the other conservatives should be treated as racists because he and a few other conservative assholes are.

Oh yeah, they were fleeing arrest. A minor point to some here.

The left will scream racism to win an argument when they know that they are losing.

Also, tipping off to the authority doesn't require a warrant. A warrant is issued when the entity refuses to cooperate with the authority.
