Noobs should paper trade you get the experience without the harsh reality of sharp losses from not knowing what your doing. the 20 min delays on some simulators can actually help develop technical skills giving noobies time to evaluate before the trade.

I agree a simulator is an important learning tool, but a LIVE one, not delayed, what is delayed data going to teach you?
