Although certainly not on a single trade, I've had my account equity dip by almost 60% at one point. (A most unpleasant learning curve, which always seems to be negatively correlated with an equally dramatic account equity curve, eh?) Admittedly, however, I play in a much smaller sand box.

Most of them were 10% or so drawdowns. Once many years ago after I'd made my first bit of money I lost 230k one day and then another 120k the next (I took a big loser home overnight and the mkt kept motoring). That was around a 70% hit. Needless to say I was a bit bummed out.....

Just a tad, eh? Damn, that sounds like quite a character building experience.

I lost 7 figures in a day. This was a while ago. I had some pretty large size going into an earnings number and got smoked.

If I lose that much, I tend to go out and have a good time. Don't want to let it fuck with the head, ya know?

190k on short 1800 puts,premium selling, on a dow down 60 day,got a margin call that morning,took em off,dow rallied back in next 2 weeks and puts went out worthless for what i think would have been another 200k profit

Amount lost is relative to account size. Therefore, asking a fixed dollar amount is irrelevant and without merit.
