- the best or highest interest rates
- the best or lowest margin rates

Say any firm which you think the "best" in your own definition.

If you're talking about a retail account, just leave your money in short term treasuries. Solid rates and still get at least 80% buying power.

If you're talking about a prop account, I think the difference in interest rates between firms would be negligible (maybe 1% difference).
