The debt was ran up by 9 trillion under Obama because he had 1.2 trillion a year in unpaid bills his first day in office.Obama did not create those 1.2 trillion a year in unpaid bills

bush got us to 400 billion deficits with wars, obama supported the bank bailout of 800 billion. there's your 1.2 trill. Then obama added another 800 billion within the first month of being in office.

Obama is the biggest deficit spender in history.
