Does anyone know more about mortgage renewal? I want to renew my mortgage, which I took 5 years back. It is a 20-year variable rate mortgage. I feel it hard to make the variable interest payments. So, I decided to port to a fixed rate mortgage and I came to know that renewal is the best option available.
In my search, I came across some of the companies offering mortgage renewal in Ontario. But, I haven't heard about them before. Do you have any experience with them? Or do you have any suggestions regarding the companies?
