Market predictions seldom work out. I agree with his edge/ market maker Joshua Lukeman; he never predicted but used a 6 month +tech charts. IWM may go down 5%; SPY+ QQQ are nicely uptrending. Morgan Stanley/Mr Wilson maybe wise; he implies SPY will do better than IWM, sure has most of the year. NOT a predicton
