rather than echoeing the news AFTER THE FACT, such as saying "I told u so" AFTER the news breaks, your better off staying cash and waiting to go long.


you have better statistical chance by either staying cash...or waiting to go long. The market is already around the bottom so hoping for it to go lower is kinda like hoping the dow will go higher when it was at 14K.
