Hopefully, President Donald Trump if re-elected gets to appoint another US Supreme Court judge. Judge Ruth Bader Ginsburg is in poor health but, I imagine she will hang on and not retire because she is trying to preserve her liberal seat.

sounds like the dude's crime was being friends w/an idiot citizen. So basically every PR or green card holder out there will need to walk on eggshells, or have his rights stepped on by every asshole out there lest they catch an assault charge.

Lots of people are locked up for similar crimes. Citizenship confers rights and responsibilities.

Falls under, tough titties, in other words-not winning.
