You tell me why in the school is mandatory random drug test for the after school activity. So that is sports. So you tell me why so many really good football, or basketball player really never is the one they choose to random test. Why? Everyone know when they go to the party or have fun they all drinking and smoking pot sometimes. The school know that too. So your system in the school where I live can (choose) who to give random drug test. They do not choose really good sport player to test. Why? Because they do not want to make trouble for that good player.
