More shadiness from George Zimmerman

When George see Trayvon, he did not ask him why he is there first. He stalk him. Trayvon go away and George keep following him 3 times. You can see that in the video. George never say he is the neighborhood watch person.
Why you not see it is Trayvon's right to be in the neighborhood too? Why does George have the right to ask any people in that community just walking why they are doing there?
Why do you say,

"I support George Zimmerman since the case is different he had a right to ask someone what he/she was doing in his neighborhood)"

..."in his neighborhood)"

George does not own that neighborhood, is not his land.

Yes, asking a suspicious looking dude in your neighborhood what he is doing is a legitimate question to ask. My personal opinion Zimmerman should have simply left it to law enforcement. It is a radically different proposition than confronting someone at a gas station.

Forensic evidence i.e "facts" shows Trayvon with a one gunshot wound and bruised knuckles and Zimmerman with a smashed face, broken, nose and plenty of bleeding. How the hell could you spin it into a murder I don't know. Do you honestly believe a football player over 6ft tall was going to run away from George Zimmerman? I am sure Trayvon thought he could kick his ass, he just did not take into account 9mm's.

I can walk up to you and ask a question. That is not an excuse to punch me in the face.

Better check your law. Common areas in a PUC are owned by all the property owners. You are also required to pay maintenance fees to upkeep the common property.

So yes.. it is his land and he does 'own' it... at least in part.

Based on the evidence at this point, it is going to be very difficult to find a jury of 12 people to convict Zimmerman of murder.

There are two fundamental problems in this case that are going to derail a conviction IMO:

First, the prosecutor over-charged. A more appropriate charge would be manslaughter. Most juries will look at the definition of murder and not convict in this case.

Second, the narrative of this case will come down to if Martin attacked Zimmerman first or if Zimmerman assaulted Martin first. There are no eye-witnesses to the initial assault so this will come down to what the jury believes, and based on the Zimmerman's obvious injuries they will probably give him the benefit of the doubt.

The question of Zimmerman following Martin from his SUV and if that is considered stalking or intimidation is not a factor. By law I have the right to follow someone in my neighborhood and ask them a question. In the same manner they have a right to walk in my neighborhood. Unless someone tells me to stop following them or they will call the cops then there is nothing legally can be applied from a 'stalking' perspective. Nor is it even a factor in the prosecution for the murder charge .

Aren't those usually minimum wage jobs?

Part of the reason I hate concealed carry and especially stand your ground ... is that it empowers people who would otherwise be major scrubs to feel like Chuck Norris.
Complete and utter nonsense.

Deaths and injuries from mass public shootings fall dramatically after right-to-carry concealed handgun laws are enacted. Between 1977 and 1995, the average death rate from mass shootings plummeted by up to 91% after such laws went into effect, and injuries dropped by over 80%.

In Texas, citizens with concealed carry permits are 14 times less likely to commit a crime. They are also five times less likely to commit a violent crime.
Source:Texas Department of Public Safety and the U.S. Census Bureau

People with concealed carry permits are:
• 5.7 times less likely to be arrested for violent offenses than the general public
• 13.5 times less likely to be arrested for non-violent offenses than the general public

1)Do you EVER have any REAL facts to use in making your case? Or do you just make up everything?

2)Do you even know what a SYG law is for?

3)Just because occasionally an idiot abuses a SYG law doesn't mean we need to rescind them. Like you, they didn't understand the law to begin with.

Only "suspicious" to George. When George call the police he only say Trayvon he is walking in the rain, looking around. It is 7:00pm and the neighborhood is mix of latino, white, and black.
George judge guilty from his imagination. That is wrong.

No, Trayvon have small less than 1/4 inch cut on one finger on the left hand, (below) his knuckle.

That is George's story. Do you know if this is true? Because George lie many times on the video compare to his writing

A broken nose is not a "story" neither is a bleeding face, lacerations and only bruised knuckles/gunshot for Trayvon. Trayvon was clearly kicking the shit out of Zimmerman and Zimmerman shot him.

In your opinion it should be legal to start a fight with someone and be able to kill them if they start kicking your ass ?

There is not a single witness nor will there be who can say who threw the first punch. Since there is no such thing the presumption of innocence covers Zimmerman's ass.

Theoretically, yes. A mostly black jury OTOH...
