Oh yeah, there's not a sensible white person in this entire venue, guarantee it. You'd have to have a death wish to go to a basketball or football game(paranoid racist talking, of course).
I live in a town with no public transportation. Keeps the dregs out. People work, have money, and as a consequence, in a country as multi-cultural as Canada (especially Toronto), my town is nearly all white. Government housing on every block + public transportation = cess pool

As for the OP's topic, the threads title says more about the OP's intent than it does about any video clip.
The title has clear intent and meaning. It says "Putting up a vid of blacks beating a white person, and calling it 'Racist Violence' is not acceptable to the people's media."
I ask the OP, or anyone for that matter- Why is it not politically correct to put up a video with a headline which says, More Racist Violence?
