My Canuckian colleagues tell me that back in the 70s, had Palin been living in Whitehorse, there would have been no out of pocket expense and the doctor would have come to her.

Where is the statement quoting Palin as visiting Canada's "single payer" system? Given that Canada didn't go to this system until 1984 (20 years after Palin's birth) and given that she moved from the area in 1970, it would have been pretty difficult for her to have received a socialized benefit.

We WANT her to run. I'm sure Obama will be re-elected in any event once the Republicans get done eating their own, but still, Palin would be the easiest candidate to beat.
