Er, let me rephrase my colorful (but sadly deleted) post: I would strongly advise ignoring Lefty's misguided advice on evaluating trading product/service vendors; appropriately satisfied "former clients" are a necessity for trading vendors, and one of the first things you "obtain", in order to satisfy the Leftys of the world.
I am sure you will all be just fine. By the way, how is "your way" working out so far?
I don't have a problem finding and qualifying good vendors.

Once again for those who may not speak English. I suggested in a previous post that I would have taken the time to speak to references "in person". I would not be satisfied with simply reading references. They could be fictional. This is what I meant, when I said that you have to use your basic intelligence.

Let's see Lefty, I'm a trading vendor. You really think I'm going to let you speak to just any former/current client of mine, without being pretty damn sure of what they're going to say? I wouldn't even risk it, I'd just set up some up some shills who can sound knowledgeable and you wouldn't have the faintest. Geez bro, grow up will ya.

all this vendor honesty stuff reminds me of some of my less credible chat room experiences
1) i think it was tradingplaces, where the lead guy (chris?) had fake members posting in the room about how well they were doing....http://www.siliconinvestor.com/readmsg.aspx?msgid=21244504&srchtxt=chris rea
2) of course, anthony@pacific....i spent it week with him to "watch him trade" in real time....led to one of my worse losses ever...(shorting KKD in the post-IPO squeeze)...and had him explain to me how he front-ran the calls in the private room....me, in my infinite greed, continued to trade with him for much too long, although i left well before the feces hit the fan
3) those who "wax" eloquent even to this day
having said that, there are a few who i've had worthwhile experiences with:
1) threei/nesi....straightforward....entry price, stop loss....good luck...no hype
2) michail shaidkin....http://www.traderpulse.com....more of a chat room, but michail's short-term trading is often profitable to participate in...
3) my former mentor, chuck dukas, maintains a website based service, no chat room http://www.trendadvisor.com/index.htm...calls with entries and exits are made before the market opens....performance history is there....

respected????? if anyone is a liar and a thief in this industry, he is surely their utmost leader. he has very little respect here or anywhere else from real traders.
about brandon and vad (threei) actually they are the only ones i do respect. however i was aware of them long before i was aware of ET.
for the record though i never paid for their service and i am not aware of their track record. i only browsed their free material.
they simply use methods similar to mine, so i guess i have to respect them
with one exception and that is the moving averages brandon i never use those. time price volume only.
